Q1 How do I select an area? – Country List (Geographical search)
A1 If you already know which country or region you want to go to: Click on “Property finder” link on the Properties121 homepage. Selecting a country from the list notifies you of how may properties are listed.A list of all regions populated with accommodation appears.
Q2 Can I locate by maps? – Maps
A2 Yes, click the country of your choice with the mouse. Your country appears and displays totals of properties listed. An additional list splits the country into regions with totals of properties listed. This way you can click through the geographical breakdown system from a whole country to a small region. In the last level you receive a list of all the accommodation in a selected region or in a chosen place.
Q3 Is it possible to search by words? -Keyword Search
A3 Yes if you already know exactly where you want to go (region, place or city): You may be able to locate an area by typing the word into the internal search engine. Please note: in some circumstances there are multiple versions of spelling for the same place name, if you fail to find the destination with your version please use – Maps An additional list splits the country into regions with totals of properties listed
Q4 I have the town name – Destination finder
A4 You can use the country and region drop down boxes to locate your destination or simply type your destination into the box provided.
Q5 I have specific requirements – Detailed search
A5 You can use the detailed search to specify more details on the required accommodation such as number of bedrooms etc.
Q6 I have been given a reference ID for the property – Property ID.
A6 Add this ID to the box in the top right corner of each page and press.
Q7 When is the accommodation available?
A7 The owner or manger of the property or accommodation unit may display which dates accommodation is available, it is essential to check directly with the owner or manager by email, fax or phone to confirm the time, date and exact costs for the period required. Remember occasionally cancellations occur and some owners may be able to suggest other suitable properties.

Please note: Properties121 Ltd only provide promotional services to owner or managers, Properties121 Ltd are not a booking agency or letting agents. All renters’ requests for availability and price are sent directly to Owners and Managers. And it is they that are responsible in providing you the renter with all the necessary documentation to reserve accommodation. Should you have any problems contacting an Owner or Manager listed on this website directory we will of course endeavour to help.
Q8 How do I arrange to reserve accommodation?
A8 Contact the Owner or Manager directly by the choices provided on the accommodation listing. We suggest emailing if possible to confirm your interest, remember to add your contact details. If a direct telephone number is listed please check “Best times to call” prior to making your call.
Q9 Can you send me a printed catalogue of all accommodation listed?
A9 This is unfortunately not practical, our list constantly changes and whole purpose of the website is to allow interaction between Renter and Owner/Manager using the latest technology presently available. However our Licensees in some locations may be able to suggest a collection of properties. Please contact customer services.
Q10 Will Properties121 submit me an offer for a certain accommodation/property rental?
A10 No, you the Renter will need to contact the Owner or Manager direct.
Q11 The owner or manager of the accommodation/property has not answered my enquiry. What can I do?
Q11 Please acknowledge that many of the properties and accommodation units are unique because some owners may not be tour operators or letting agents. They may own one or two properties and as such it is not necessary practical to employ a fulltime person on a switchboard. Please be assured they are interested in your enquiry that’s why they choose advertise to advertise with Properties121.com, if you do not receive an enquiry within 48 hours please contact Properties121 customer services we will of course endeavour to help.
