The Grange is set in the midst of 38 acres of organic pastureland, the Grange has unique views over the River Esk and Glaisdale Cricket Club to the historic Beggars Bridge. Beyond Beggars Bridge our land continues with a further 110 acres of which is a site of special scientific interest which is home to a very rare farm.
We have almost 500 yards of fishing on the River Esk, Yorkshire's only Salmon River and are actively engaged in caring for the river to restore salmon stocks to levels that were known in years gone by. Fishing permits are available to house guests only from April until the end of October.
